About the Role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Lead to join our London-based team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative and high-performing delivery function. You will play a key role in driving project delivery, enhancing Agile practices, and maintaining visibility through Azure DevOps.

You will also support a programme of work adopting LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum), structured around multiple Value Areas, helping to coordinate delivery across teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple projects or workstreams, including those within a LeSS framework.
  • Ensure delivery milestones are met on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Identify, track, and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and blockers across teams and Value Areas.
  • Assist in the facilitation of strategic and operational planning activities across programmes and teams.
  • Support planning from inception through to conclusion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery capabilities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
  • Maintain and update Azure DevOps boards, backlogs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure work items are accurately tracked and reflect current delivery status.
  • Generate and interpret reports to support delivery insights and decision-making.
  • Champion Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS across delivery teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and Value Areas.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes and team performance.
  • Support retrospectives and implement actionable improvements.
  • Promote a culture of learning and adaptability.
  • Support PremFina to deliver against its vision and values, and by working in partnership with others across the business to ensure broker, customer and colleague outcomes are achieved.
  • Ensure you always put yourself in the shoes of our brokers and customers and in doing so, ensure we comply with regulations, law and internal policy.

How you will work.

Love the flexibility of working from home? If the answer is yes, this role is perfect for you! This is a fully remote, work from home position with only very occasional travel to our London office for adhoc meetings or social events.

We will give you all the tech you need, but due to the remote nature of this job, you do need the ability to work remotely (virtually) with the space and freedom to have confidential calls with clients. Amend as necessary. You will also need access to a reliable and fast internet connection.

The role requires you to work between the hours of 09:00 - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week).

  • Proven experience in a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS.
  • Experience working in or supporting scaled Agile environments with multiple teams or Value Areas.
  • Strong ability to identify and manage inter-team dependencies.
  • Experience supporting strategic and operational planning processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident, Self-motivated, and disciplined with the drive to work autonomously
  • Excellent team player with a positive, confident can-do attitude
  • Flexible approach to tasks and workload
  • Ideally, we’d love to hire someone who has experience working in Financial Services or a scale-up
